Lily is a compatibility-based introduction platform. We use structured inputs and selected relationship factors to generate Compatibility Scores and profile introductions.

Lily does not guarantee compatibility, relationship success, or the behavior of any user.

Compatibility Scores are model-based summaries of selected inputs and are not predictions or guarantees of future relationship outcomes.

3. No Professional Advice

Assessments and compatibility information provided through Lily are for informational purposes only.

• They are not medical, psychological, or mental health advice.
• They are not diagnostic.
• They are not a substitute for professional services.

4. User Conduct

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information
• Use the app lawfully
• Respect other users
• Not impersonate others
• Not harass, threaten, or abuse others

Lily may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Identity Verification

Lily may require identity verification, including face verification, to reduce impersonation and improve community safety.

Verification is used for identity confirmation purposes only, as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. User Content

You are responsible for the content you upload, including photos and profile information.

Lily does not conduct background checks unless explicitly stated. We are not responsible for the actions of other users.

7. Limitation of Liability

Lily is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lily is not liable for:

• Interactions between users
• Offline meetings
• Indirect or consequential damages
• Losses resulting from use of the service
